The lecture day will discuss functions of these different components and provide time to diagnose/approve students & community member’s repairs for the following hands-on class. You do not have to attend both classes to benefit, but it’s advised. The lecture is informative for the general systems and the hands-on class is informative for the specific repairs of that class. If you’d like your vehicle diagnosed for charging system and electrical components issues, or would like repairs done, the easiest way is to email us AND attend the lecture class. Alternatively, you can just email us if you do not want to attend class or work on your vehicle but would still like mutual aid. Most repairs will still require diagnosis by us or another shop.
The Hands-on class will be focused on maintenance and repairing students & community members vehicles. Repairs must be approved ahead of time. We cannot guarantee we can pay for all repairs but we will try our best. After all, we are educational mutual aid.
